Where are meetings held?
At our offices
Do you have parking?
No -but parking is free on-street (1 hr) and there is a pay and display car park 200 yards away
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No, the first meeting is at our cost
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
Anything that may be relevant to the area that you wish to discuss i.e. latest statements or forecasts
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
We usually suggest you allow around an hour for any initial meeting
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
No, however you will be provided with a document covering the services we provide and examples of the costs for these services.
How can I book an initial meeting?

Are you independent?
Yes, we provide independent whole of market advice
Can you advise on Final Salary/Defined Benefit transfers?
No, but we can offer a referral to Pension Transfer Specialist
What happens if my Financial Planner is away on holiday?
In the event that your enquiry is urgent, we have other advisers who would be able to deal with your needs
What do you charge for a financial plan?
This will be dependent on the work that is required. However, all costs will be disclosed before any work is undertaken
Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?
We work on both percentage and fixed fees
Do you charge VAT?
No VAT is chargeable on any services that we offer
