The pension Andy advised us to take was one that if anything happened to my husband, Ian, I would still get the full amount. Sadly, my husband died quite soon afterwards and if it hadn’t been for Andy’s advice, I am quite sure we might have taken a pension that ‘died’ with my husband. I am eternally grateful for the advice I received from Andy and firmly believe that if I hadn’t contacted him when I did, I might not be in the financial position that I am today.
